The business was started by Julian Potts who is a chartered tax advisor (CTA) who gets the best out of the VAT legislation by using his detailed knowledge of both the construction industry and tax law. He is a member of a number of technical tax committees including the British Property Federation VAT Committee, the HMRC Land and Property VAT Liaison Group and the VAT Practitioners Group. In the past he has written two books on VAT and property the latest entitled ‘VAT in Property and Construction’ which is published by RICS Books.

The company currently employs a number of experienced advisors and has a number of external associates to draw upon where workload or subject matter dictates.
